With art and animation, software engineering, constructivist grounded theory research, and mystic spiritual rootedness, I bring together a wide range of skills into a fusion of creativity—and try to make the world a better place through my projects.

My research helps software developers explain the pain points they face as systems get more complex and troubleshooting becomes difficult, helping developers and managers get on the same page. By unflattening "productivity" to make room for what we truly aim for, we can build a future that is sustainable, joyful, and effective at the same time.

My creative worlds are where my joyful goofy fun side gets to shine unencumbered, and invites others to dream and create together. I also organize virtual community conferences that help people think together, see differently, and imagine new possibilities! It all goes together. :)
